Family Style Dinner
Available Monday-Sunday after 4pm
All Menus served with freshly baked bread, Iced Tea, Sodas, coffee & tea
$40 per person
1st Course:
Choice of (1) Antipasti served family style
Antipasto Italiano- prosciutto, parmigiano reggiano w/ roasted peppers & olives
OR
Calamari Fritti – fried calamari rings w/ side of tomato sauce and aioli
OR
Lunga di Peperoncino– long hot peppers grilled & baked w/ prosciutto & shaved parmigiana, topped w/ a balsamic reduction
OR
Misto Fungi – A trio of mushrooms sautéed in oil and garlic w/ a touch of tomato sauce and grated parmigiana cheese
2nd Course:
Choice of (1) Insalata served family style
Insalata Di Cesare – romaine lettuce dressed w/ homemade Caesar dressing, topped with grated parmigiano cheese and croutons
OR
Insalata Mista - mixed green salad w/ fresh onion, fresh chopped tomatoes, dressed w/ red wine vinaigrette reduction
3rd Course –
Hosts choose 3 options and Guests have the Choice of (1) of the 3 options served individually
Gnocchi Gorgonzola con Pollo - Potato based pasta, in a creamy gorgonzola sauce topped w/ grilled chicken breast
OR
Penne alla Vodka - penne pasta w/ prosciutto, in a vodka cream sauce
OR
Pollo Parmigiana- chicken cutlet breaded w/ mozzarella & tomato sauce
OR
Vitello Saltimbocca - veal medallions w/ prosciutto, sage & mozzarella, served
in a white wine & garlic sauce
*Dessert, Cappuccino & Espresso is an upcharge
*Guests are permitted to bring their own celebration cake for dessert with NO plating fee

1st Course:
Choice of (1) combination of Antipasti served family style:
Scallops e Cannelloni – grilled sea scallops w/sautéed cannelloni beans and asparagus spears
AND
Buffala e Funghi – fresh buffalo mozzarella, served w/ warm portabella
mushrooms and fresh chopped tomatoes, dressed w/ balsamic vinegar
OR
Antipasto Italiano - prosciutto, parmigiano reggiano w/ roasted peppers & olives
AND
Calamari Fritti – fried calamari rings w/ side of tomato sauce and aioli
OR
Carciofi Arugula– grilled artichokes topped w/ diced sautéed shrimp, shaved parmigiano cheese and chopped arugula topped with a white truffle oil
AND
Melanzane Margherita – thin sliced fried eggplant, w/ mozzarella cheese & fresh basil in a house red sauce
2nd Course:
Choice of (2) Insalata served family style
Insalata Di Cesare – romaine lettuce dressed w/ homemade Caesar dressing, topped with grated parmigiano cheese and croutons

Choice of (1) Entrée served individual portion

Penne alla Grano – whole wheat penne pasta w/ asparagus spears, cherry
tomatoes, mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil & garlic sauce

Penne Sofia - penne pasta w/ shrimp, scallops and sundried tomatoes in a brandy
tomato cream sauce
OR
Pollo Capri - sautéed chicken breast w/ artichoke hearts, calamatti olives & tomatoes in a white wine garlic lemon sauce
OR
Vitello Roma - veal medallions w/ wild mushrooms sautéed in oil & garlic w/ a touch of tomato sauce, fresh basil, roasted red peppers and shitake mushrooms.
OR
Salmone alla Griglia – Grilled salmon w/ basil, asparagus & fresh tomatoes,
w/ extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar

3rd Course:
Allow your guests to choose from (3) of the following options the evening of your event - (1) Entrée served as an individual portion
Linguine Pescatore–linguine pasta w/ mussels, clams & shrimp in a garlic white wine sauce or spicy tomato sauce
OR
Cappellini Amalfi – angel hair pasta w/ cherry tomatoes, colossal lump crabmeat, fresh basil, in garlic & extra virgin olive oil
OR
Pollo Romana – chicken breast, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, & mozzarella in a shallot brandy tomato cream sauce
OR
Vitello alla Arugula – veal medallions w/ shrimp, lump crabmeat, cherry tomatoes in a sherry beurre blanc sauce
OR
Salmone alla Griglia – Grilled salmon served over sautéed spinach in a creamy garlic white wine sauce

*A la carte menu items that require additional preparation may be ordered in advance (such as Branzino, Langostine, Oysters, etc.), but are subject to market price and will be considered an upcharge
