Required for parties of 15 or more. There is no room rental fee, corkage fee, or cakeage fee when you host an event with Arugula. If you would like to keep your LUNCHEON event PRIVATE, a $1,000 food minimum is required. In order to secure your function, a non-refundable deposit is required and signed contract must be received. All deposits will be credited towards your final bill. The final guaranteed number of guests must be received 3 business days prior to your event and you menu is due 2 weeks prior to your event. You will be charged for the actual guest count in the case it exceeds your guaranteed number.

SPECIAL EVENTS FAMILY STYLE LUNCH

Menus begin at $30 per person, upgrades are available. Pricing does NOT include 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity. Served with freshly baked bread, brewed regular & decaf coffee, hot tea, ices tea & sodas. Price per person will depend on menu selections. Any upgrades listed apply to the entire cost per person, NOT per course option selected. Host may choose 1 Antipasti & 1 salad to be served FAMILY STYLE. Each additional antipasti is $3 per person. Host may choose 3 entree options for their guests for their 3rd course. Guests will have the opportunity to select from 1 of those 3 options to be served individually on the day of your event.

1st COURSE

Calamari Fritti- Fried calamari rings w/side of tomato sauce and aioli 

Scarmoza- Grilled smoked mozzarella w/shitake mushroom & radicchio lettuce, sautéed in garlic white wine balsamic vinegar reduction 

Misto fungi- A trio of mushrooms sautéed in oil and garlic w/ a touch of tomato sauce and grated Parmigiano cheese 

Calamari e Piselli- Calamari rings, fresh peas, and fresh tomato sautéed in olive oil and garlic, served over a bed of baby arugula 

Peperoni Arrostiti – roasted red peppers & Italian hot peppers sautéed in a garlic white wine sauce

Melanzane Margarita– thin sliced fried eggplant, w/ mozzarella cheese & fresh basil in a house red sauce  

Antipasto Italiano – cured Italian meats, parmigiano reggiano w/ roasted peppers & olives …………..add 2

2nd COURSE

Mista- Spring mix, sliced raw onions and fresh chopped tomato, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette dressing  

Insalata Di Cesare – chopped romaine lettuce, homemade Caesar dressing, parmigiano cheese homemade croutons

Caprese- Fresh sliced tomato layered w/ fresh sliced mozzarella and dressed w/ extra virgin olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar topped w/ basil……. add 2

Insalata Arugula – arugula salad w/ pine nuts, hearts of palm, warm goat cheese, dressed w/ balsamic vinaigrette …. add 3

Insalata alla Gorgonzola – mixed greens salad w/fresh pears, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, dressed w/ EVOO & vinaigrette ….add 3

3rd COURSE

Penna Grano Arrabiata- Whole-wheat penne pasta in a spicy tomato sauce, w/ veal sausage and white mushrooms   

Rigatoni Bolognese- Rigatoni pasta in a traditional tomato meat sauce 

Capellini al Sano- Angel hair pasta w/cherry tomatoes, fresh basil in a garlic and oil sauce 

Ravioli Panna- Ricotta cheese filled ravioli w/peas and mushrooms in a brandy pink cream sauce 

Penne Proscuitto alla Vodka – penne pasta w/ prosciutto, in a vodka cream sauce

Gnocchi Sorrenina- Potato based pasta, w/tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil

Penne Primavera - penne pasta served w/ cherry tomatoes, mushrooms & broccoli in a garlic white wine sauce

Pollo Limone - chicken breast sauteed in a lemon white wine caper sauce, served w/ side of linguine in the same sauce

Pollo Parmigiana – chicken cutlet breaded w/ mozzarella & tomato sauce, served w/ side of linguine in the same sauce

Pollo Felice- Pounded and grilled breast of chicken, topped w/ fresh chopped arugula, fresh tomato, diced roasted red peppers and chopped artichoke hearts…..add 2                                                                           

Pollo alla Nona- Chicken breast sautéed w/white mushrooms, sundried tomatoes in a garlic wine sauce. Served w/ side of linguine pasta, same sauce …..add 2

Vitello Roma- Veal medallions sautéed in oil and garlic w/ a touch of tomato sauce, fresh basil, roasted red peppers and shitake mushrooms. Served w/ a side of pasta, same sauce…….add 4

Salmone al Griglia- Filet of salmon grilled, topped w/ tomato, capers sautéed in white wine garlic sauce, served w broccoli ……..add 3

WHEN HOSTING AN EVENT WITH ARUGULA, YOU ARE PERMITTED TO BYO CAKE OR CUPCAKES AT NO FEE UPON APPROVAL FROM THE EVENT COORDINATOR.

ANY ADDITIONAL DESSERTS (ITALIAN DESSERTS, FRUIT PLATES, GELATO) MUST BE SECURED THRU ARUGULA.
